I was very sick with tonscilitis in my fifth week of suspicion pregnancy. I have not yet been tested. I 39.7 500/125 Augmentin No temperature and took antibiotics, ibuprofen and gelocatil. I took Augmentin for 7 days and ibuprofen gelocatil for 5 days. Could have caused something to happen. Could it have caused a false layer?

Augmentin and Gelocatil are category B. i avoid all Medicines not classified in category A or B. A pregnancy category drug proved safe during pregnancy while human beings as Class B drugs have proved safe in animals without adequate studies in humans. I could not find an article that shows Motrin could cause a miscarriage. is not uncommon for women to abort their first pregnancy. I found the following reference, but has could not find the original article: A study published in the British Medical Journal in 2003 found that women taking ibuprofen in the time of conception or early pregnancy was noted over 80% of miscarriage than women in the study who did not take ibuprofen at the time. Women who took aspirin (also considered an NSAID) were 60% more likely to have miscarriage.
