Possibly pregnant and sick! HELP!?

It has been a few weeks after the sex, which was around the time of ovulation. I haven’t missed my period yet but I have reason to suspect I am pregnant because earlier (before I got sick) I had a random spell of dizziness which I have no reason to have had, and it is infact an early sign of pregnancy. Well today I felt sick and went to the doctors with my father. I was diagnosed, I guess you’d say, with a simple sinus infection. The doctor prescribed the antibiotic Augmentin, which I am supposed to take (one tablet) twice daily for two weeks. I could not explain to the doctor that I might be pregnant because my dad was in the room. Could Augmentin harm my pregnancy? I am really scared that being sick is really bad right now and that Augmentin could kill the cells? Is it risky, and, I took my doses for today, could that have hurt already? I am extremely worried now! I don’t want what old b a pregnancy terminated! Please help!
