Has anyone seen the purple circles and swirling lines of a heating pad to microwave?

I'm trying to decide if they, purple bruise research circles and lines of heating pad or epidural injections of the sacroiliac joint have been received in my column lumbar. I fear that this could be a sort of blood infection. Pain doctor asked me if the management of the last time I used a heating pad, I wonder if it is appropriate to use the heating pad, which tend to be used chronically. I've been running a temperature more than one week, I had blood tests yesterday and I'm taking antibiotics, Augmentin, at this point. I would appreciate any information anyone could provide. I could not find anything like this in the Internet today. Thank you!
