Anyone heard or use of drugs Zeniquin on your cat?

My cat has a urinary tract infection and has been on Clavamox 125mg, it does not work, if the doctor changed his medication Zeniquin 25 mg once daily. From what I understand, this drug is new, and I was wondering if anyone has used it in her pussy, and if there are side effects you should know. I went to the site for manufacturers, and the list of all side effects that you can imagine for this drug to have considered, including drowsiness (which my cat all the time, sick or not!). There should be nothing wrong with it in terms of side effects antibiotics to go. I would be concerned if the fair treatment, because it is very rare that cats have a urinary tract infection.
